Between £40,000 and £44,000 per annum and Ofsted bonuses

Overview

Compass Associates is currently working with an organisation providing care to children through their residential homes. Together we're looking for a Children's Registered Manager to overlook a four-bed EBD home in Sutton Coldfield.

This exciting opportunity means you'll be running a Children's Residential Service alongside a team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to ensure that each child receives the best care. As the Registered Manager you'll be the driving force behind this team that makes a difference to children's lives.

Work Pattern

9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Location

The position is based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

It's commutable from Coventry, Hinckley and Burton-Upon-Trent.

Criteria

* Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willing to undergo this qualification

* Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required)

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position with one year being in a managerial role.

Interview Process

A written task followed by a formal face-to-face interview with a panel consisting of two senior managers taking place in office.

Salary and Benefits

The role is paying up to £40,000 and £44,000 per annum

* Ofsted related bonus of £1000 for Outstanding or £500 for Good at inspection

* Occupancy bonus of £3,6000 per annum

Holiday Allowance

27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
