Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Dry Lining)

Details: PSR Solutions is working with a reputable dry lining company based in Portsmouth to help supply an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for plastering and dry lining/interior projects.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Support senior quantity surveyors in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accreditation).
Proven experience in dry-lining projects.
Strong analytically and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
