Our client in Gravesend is looking for an Accounts Administrator.
Our client will consider candidates via a 12-week temp to perm contract who have 6+ months relevant work experience within an Accounts role.
Rate: from £11.44 ph, depending on experience
PAYE, weekly via React Recruitment Ltd
Location: Gravesend - free parking
Days of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Permanent employment benefits include
- Being paid for the 1 hour lunch break - 9 hour day

After 6-month probationary period eligible for
- Twice yearly bonus - depending on results paid up to 12% of basic salary

Accounts Administrator experience required:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and identifying discrepancies.
- Reconciling multicurrency bank accounts
- Company credit card reconciliation
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Monthly payment run.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and ways of working to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Dealing with telephone calls and queries.
- General filing and correspondence.
Accounts Administrator requirements:
- Trustworthy with an understanding for complete discretion of confidential information.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business (Month End Processes)
- Experience of working within an Accounts department.
- IT literate - knowledge in the following packages would be an advantage - Microsoft office and ERP’s systems.
- Good mathematical skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Able to priories and multi-task
- Quick learner, reliable and conscientious with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
