Purpose of the Role:
My client is on a mission to redefine the technological landscape for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the strategic application of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cutting-edge AI innovations. We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant who is not just passionate about deploying technology but is driven by the challenge of transforming SME operations. This role is about crafting revolutionary solutions that boost efficiency, foster growth, and set the stage for our clients' success in the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take the lead in evaluating and refining business processes by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and PowerApps / Modern Workplace
* Utilize AI technology to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and predict trends, positioning our SME clients for unparalleled success.
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions.
* Drive the customization and implementation of Business Central and Modern Workplace to meet unique business demands and comply with industry benchmarks.
* Deliver extensive training on new technologies and systems to ensure users are well-equipped and empowered.
* Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and assessing emerging trends in AI and business technology, evaluating their relevance to our strategic goals.
* Encourage a collaborative environment between IT and development teams, promoting a cohesive strategy for business solution integration.
* Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on schedule and within budget parameters.
* Produce detailed reports highlighting project progress, outcomes, and the business value of implemented solutions.
Your Toolkit:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Proven background in business analysis and/or consutancy, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Business Central) and the Modern Workplace.
* A genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies and their application in the business context.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Outstanding communication abilities, capable of leading and engaging effectively with diverse team compositions.
* An adaptable and innovative mindset, ready to navigate the dynamic terrain of business technology.
* Experience within the SME sector is highly advantageous.
