Industrial Electrician 

Lincoln/Newark/Nottingham

Up to £45,000 per annum 

As the next Z-Tech Electrical Technician, you will be working within a small team of technicians carrying out project delivery across sites within the midlands area and at times further afield. You will be responsible for the delivery of works across a range of sites to include maintenance of electrical systems, attending to any reactive/correct maintenance, fault finding, completing any repairs/replacements, installation of new systems/equipment, commissioning, all in accordance with BS#removed#th Edition - whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Works include general maintenance routines, periodic testing and inspection and associated remedial works, general installation of power needs on site and assisting station engineers with reported defects. Systems include:
-CCTV
-General Power and Lighting
-Switchboard Maintenance
-Motor Disconnection/Re-connections
-Ethernet and Telephone systems.

 What do we need from you?

Experience within heavy industry, preferably power generation.
Sound experience with electrical installation works, testing and inspection of electrical systems
Sound experience with industrial DCS/SCADA systems and communication protocols such as Profibus PA and DP.Requirements:

NVQ Level 3(Maintenance or Installation)
AM2S:Electrical End Point Assessment
City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
To understand and comply with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
Valid UK driving license Advantageous:
COMPEX/ATEX (EX01-EX04) advantageous but not essential
Power Generation Experience
IPAF - Mobile Boom and Mobile Vertical advantageous but not essentiaAbout The Company
