Duties of the role:

• Carrying out plumbing repairs & maintenance in council properties
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship & compliance with safety standards
• Maintaining tools, PPE, and a clean, safe work environment
• Providing great customer service to tenants & residents
• Mentoring apprentices & support the wider maintenance team

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) - NVQ Level 3 desirable
• At least 3 years' experience in the plumbing industry
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to use MS Office/PDA software for job tracking
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Bonus skills: Ability to carry out minor tiling or carpentry work is a plus!
