Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 base + bonus

Role highlights:

• Managing a range of conveyancing transactions including purchases, sales, transfers and re-mortgages

• Issuing contracts, reviewing searches, title checks, and raising enquiries

• Dealing with mortgage redemption's and management packs

• Handling both new-build and second-hand property cases

• Building strong working relationships with clients and referrers

What you'll need:

• Demonstrable experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident working independently and collaboratively

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
