ROBERT WALTERS - FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

Salary: Up to £55,000

Location: Warwickshire

Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel within the UK, providing an excellent balance of flexibility and engagement. You will have the chance to build relationships with key stakeholders across various businesses, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and commercial advisor.

What you'll do:

• Provide financial and commercial support and advice to the Service Development team and joint venture partners
• Work closely with operational partners to drive business efficiencies in both profit and cash
• Provide insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance
• Lead monthly Business Review meetings, reviewing and challenging drivers of performance
• Provide analysis on business opportunities, offering options and scenarios
• Improve the financial awareness and understanding of non-financial managers and partners

What you bring:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Experience in business stakeholder management and business partnering
• Proficiency in managing multiple work streams within a busy team environment
• Expertise in management reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Ability to produce financial models incorporating key business drivers that are easy for partners to understand
