An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Time Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in London. You'll monitor real-time data, generate performance reports, and collaborate on staffing and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time data for efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Generate performance improvement reports.
• Adjust staffing schedules in real-time.
• Identify and escalate issues for immediate support.
• Update stakeholders on performance and challenges.
• Utilise monitoring tools and stay updated on trends.

Candidate Requirements :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with workforce management platforms.
• Skilled in performance reporting and recommendations.
