The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will:

Manage a diverse caseload of complex cases, conducting strengths-based assessments to promote well-being and positive risk-taking.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and social workers to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Develop and implement personalised reablement plans that empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
Provide professional advice, support, and training to colleagues, including Occupational Therapists and other team members.
Act as an expert advisor on the provision of bespoke equipment, ensuring best value and increased independence while reducing risks.
Supervise and support complex cases, demonstrating leadership within the team.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Occupational Therapy.
A thorough understanding of occupational therapy laws and person-centred practices.
A full UK driving licence to enable community visits.
