Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Near Oxted, Surrey

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking an experienced residential Property Manager to join a growing independent property consultancy on the outskirts of Oxted, Surrey. As the successful Property Manager you'll manage approximately 50 building in the South East carrying out inspections, planned & reactive maintenance, service charges, answering enquiries, section 20 notices etc.

The Company

This company is an independent property consultancy group with various business specialising it different areas of the property market. They have been established for over 70 years and are now looking to growing the business due a huge increase in repeat business from their clients.

The role will require

* Manage the day-to-day of the property management department

* Manage the property portfolio

* Arrange and resolve all maintenance issues

* Liaise with tenants and landlords

* Arrange EPC, gas safe certificates and all legal documents to ensure properties comply with legislation

* Regular property checks and inspections

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Experienced in residential property management

* Local to the area

* UK driving licence and own car

Salary & Benefits

* Up to £36,000 DOE
