Year 4 Primary Teaching Assistant - Bedford - ASAP Start - £85-95 per day PAYE

Tradewind are currently working closely with a lovely Primary School in Bedford who are looking to recruit a passionate educator who can effectively support their Year 4 class. This is a full-time position and you will be required to work between the hours of 8:30-3:30 each day with a 30 minute break for lunch.

This large 3 form entry school in Bedford take great pride in offering a varied and enriching curriculum. Every effort is made to ensure that every child receives a tailored learning experience that suits there individual needs. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating this by collaborating with the class teachers and other support staff.

What does your day to day look like;

Working 1-1 with children with Autism
Strong ability to explain difficult concepts clearly to children with SEND
Leading small group sessions outside the classroom in Maths and English
Feedback to the parents at the end of each day on the progress of their children
Helping support at lunch and break times - facilitating safe play
