Voyage Care are currently looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us at our Kent DCA. As Field Care Supervisor you will be managing multiple Supported Living Services that form part of the DCA, these services include Ashford, Hythe, Folkestone and Dover/Deal. There is also two dedicated Care Coordinators at the office who will work to support our supervisor and management teams.
As a Field Care Supervisor with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervisions and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Field Care Supervisor are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Field Care Supervisor having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at Kent DCA our Field Care Supervisor should have previous experience in a similar role and be willing to work towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care, we require our candidates to have experience handling medication and delegating amongst a large staff team as well as experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
