Responsibilities

* EYFS Teaching Assistant.

* Play based support.

* Supporting learners with a range of needs

* Engaging a young person in learning through a range of methods.

* Supporting learners with EHCPs.

* provide high quality education for young people who have been excluded, or are in danger of exclusion, from mainstream school.

* General Classroom support.

* Emotional Support.

* Personal care

Requirements

* A range of behaviour management techniques.

* Expereinced with EYFS learners.

* To have worked with learners with a range of needs.

* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.

* Experience delivering learn through play.
