Site Manager Opportunity

Location: South of England (Site-Based)
Specialism: Cladding, Re-Cladding & EWI

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external façade projects. You will play a key role in delivering cladding, re-cladding, and external wall insulation (EWI) solutions across various sites in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.

* Oversee health and safety compliance and maintain site records.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in cladding, re-cladding, or EWI.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety.

* Relevant qualifications in construction/site management (SMSTS, CSCS).
