Salary: £26000 - £33000/annum

As a Key Client Management Lead, you will build strong relationships with top-spending clients, ensuring their needs are always met. You will apply your sales skills generating new business, leading strategic sales campaigns and maximising all opportunities.

You will also provide guidance and support to the rest of our Key Client team, dealing with the trickier enquiries and acting as point of contact for the Managers.

Leadership

* Lead a team of Key Client Managers.

* Design and plan business development activities to support the achievement of company growth objectives.

* Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure growth with our key clients.

* Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

* Prepare and present regular reports on key client activities and outcomes to senior management.

* Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with team members.

* Provide coaching and feedback to help develop team members.

Account Management:

* Manage a portfolio of high-spending clients, ensuring their training and consultancy needs are met.

* Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.

* Identify opportunities for service improvements and proactively seek feedback.

Sales:

* Maximise sales opportunities and achieve targets.

* Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.

* Participate and / or lead sales initiatives identified by the marketing and leadership team.

* Up- and cross-sell across our full range of services.

* Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues across all teams.

Administration:

* Process training and consultancy bookings on our internal booking system.

* Generate complex service proposals, consulting with internal experts as and when required.

* Update and input records of all contact made on the CRM System.

* Provide training reports and/or produce a training matrix for clients.

* Monitor and follow GDPR requirements regarding record keeping and confidentiality.

* Assist with tender completion.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in a sales and customer service role.

* The confidence to work professionally with senior decision makers, establishing a level of trust from the start

* The ability to self-manage a demanding workload whist remaining focussed on the task in hand

* The ability to act as an effective team player with drive, energy and passion to motivate self and others.

* Proven administration experience, competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and attention to detail.

* General ability to understand the bigger impact on the business and identify opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement.
