Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced engineer, with management experience to join a successful business based in Corby.

You will be working for a well-established conveyor systems business, helping to develop new products and running the busy day-to-day engineering  department.

The Job

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Issue of manufacturing drawings.
• Management of Engineering (Design) Team.
• Other drawings as required.
• Bills of material.
• Posting of manufacturing details to ERP / OPERA.
• Issue of material requirements to Purchasing.
• Issue manufacturing details to Production.
• Ensure documentation including manuals is in place and up to date.
• To develop working relations with other teams.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Person

We are looking for an experienced engineer with design experience to help drive the team and business forward. The correct applicant will have experience in a similar sector and proven experience of leading a team of engineers.

This is not a work from home position.

Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (+Benefits)
