Building Services Engineer

Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire

Salary up to £40,000 - dependent on experience.

TSR are working with a nationwide Facilities Management company looking to add Mobile Building Services Engineer to their ranks to cover the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire areas.

Our Client is looking for:

Building Services Engineer's - Mechanical Bias
Building Services Engineer's - Electrical Bias
The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:

Building Services Engineer's - Mechanical Bias - must a hold a level 2 in either plumbing, air conditioning or gas. Alternatively be apprentice trained.
Building Services Engineer's - Electrical Bias - level 3 in electrical installation and 17th edition or equivalent. Alternatively be apprentice trained.
A Positive 'can do' attitude
Able to work on own or as part of a team
A good knowledge of Health & Safety
