Business Development Manager
Job Description

This client specialises in the Design, Supply & Installation of Solar PV & Green Roofs, is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
To manage the running, development and growth of ICB (Projects) Ltd
In doing so to assist with the formulation of Sales & Marketing policy
To help formulate and work to company goals in terms of sales and performance
To manage the ICB Projects team
To meet and liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, contractors etc, to provide technical and commercial advice
To help ensure ICB Projects has the resources needed to successfully complete all work
To carry out site visits/surveys as required, monitor work and report back
To assist with potential product identification and development
To carry out CPD type presentations to interested clients
To promote the good name and reputation of ICB and maintain good customer relations
To complete all relevant paperwork accurately and as required to comply with ICB and client requirements, and with the ISO Quality Management System
To update the customer database regularly and routinely
To be familiar with and implement Company Quality Policy and Procedures
To undertake training as required and to develop and maintain personal skills to fulfil the above to the required standards
Any other tasks which may be reasonably requested or determined in accordance with the employee handbookRequirements

Essential:
Business Management qualification and/or have relevant Construction Industry experience in a senior management roleDesired:
Knowledge of Roofing and Renewable energy installationsOverview

Salary - £60k + Commission + Company Car
