About the Role:

We are working with an innovative design studio that is seeking a Midweight Interior Designer to join their creative and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-end residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with senior designers and architects to deliver innovative and functional interior design solutions.

* Take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that designs meet client briefs and expectations.

* Produce detailed design documentation, including mood boards, material palettes and technical drawings.

* Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients, managing timelines, budgets and project progress.

* Conduct site visits to ensure the design is implemented correctly and to resolve any design challenges that arise during the construction phase.

* Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials and advancements in the industry.

Skills & Experience:

* 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, ideally within a design studio or similar setting.

* Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with 3D rendering tools is an advantage.

* Excellent understanding of spatial design, materials and FF&E selection.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts to both clients and internal teams.

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and design quality.
