Are you a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RGN) with experience in ward-based care? We are seeking dedicated nurses to join our team, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic ward environment. This role is ideal for Registered General Nurses who excel in patient-centred care and are eager to make a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with ward experience
• Valid registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a hospital or ward setting
• Strong knowledge of general nursing protocols and patient care practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and supporting recovery processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, care procedures, and post-discharge guidance
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Document patient information accurately and maintain clear communication with healthcare team members
