As a Tax Director, you’ll lead the tax team while managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients. Key duties include:

• Overseeing tax advisory and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, and large businesses
• Acting as the strategic tax advisor to clients, providing innovative solutions to complex tax matters
• Leading business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and drive revenue growth
• Managing and mentoring the tax team, supporting their professional development and fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborating with Partners to shape the strategic direction of the firm’s tax department
• Keeping up to date with the latest tax legislation and ensuring compliance across the client base

We’re looking for candidates with the following:

• CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with extensive experience in a senior tax role
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver exceptional service
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring tax teams
• Demonstrated success in business development and driving growth
• Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
• Strategic mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving

• £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
