• Lead the finance function and oversee all financial operations in line with US GAAP and UK statutory requirements

• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth

• Present accurate, timely financial information to the Board

• Identify and drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the finance function

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

• Proven experience working with US GAAP

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
