Recruitment. It's like marmite - some hate it, some love it. Some want to love it, but find they're surrounded by a team of 'recruitment (email address removed); who give the industry a bad name!

If you're sat there reading this thinking, you'd love to develop your career in recruitment but haven't found the right place to do that yet and the environment you're in sucks, then this may just grab your interest…

We're not like most here at Signature. You won't find any self-absorbed recruiters in this team. You won't be asked to send out more CVs to hit a KPI, or micromanagement, or office politics or shady recruitment practices that force you to cut corners and make you feel pretty rubbish on a Sunday about coming to work on Monday morning!

What you will find is a team of people who care. Who are genuine. Who aren't trying to clamber over one another to hit a target. Who share the same values and who want to do recruitment properly.

Recruitment done properly. What does that mean? It means building your own market, it means being the best at what you do, being the 'go to' in your market and knowing everything there is to know. It's the desire to do a really good job. It's delivering for both clients and candidates, no compromises and no corners cut. It's giving a sh1t! That means you have to be thorough, detail is important, teamwork is essential, you have to have heaps of tenacity, resilience and commerciality and very much a PMA! That's what it means to us anyway.

Ok - so let's get to the point. We're growing. We have big ambition in the FMCG space and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior/ Principle/ Managing Consultant who is also ambitious to come and join our team. In this role you will:

* Develop a 360 desk with a warm client base to walk into.

* Specilise in a specific discipline in FMCG (sales or marketing appointments) to allow you to become a true expert building trust in the market.

* Take accountability for your numbers, your market growth and your client and candidate service levels.

This won't be for anyone looking for a new challenge in recruitment. We don't ring bells here and we don't have a 'Wolf of Wall Street' vibe. If you like that sort of thing, we probably won't be for you. If you're looking to escape that type of environment and move away from 'recruitment (email address removed); then you'll probably like it here! We don't take ourselves too seriously, we enjoy a social, we have an office fairly evenly split between United and City fans (CTID), a lot of us are golf obsessed and we're ALL dog obsessed. In fact, our Head of Happiness is in fact a dog, Kevin, of the staffie variety, and you'll work with him most days if you come and join us!

So aside from someone who loves dogs and thinks recruitment can be done better, what else are we looking for in you:

* You're commercial, you don't do tasks for tasks sake!

* You deliver and do what you say you'll do.

* You're tenacious, resilient and have a PMA.

* You have drive, you're a self-starter and you deliver results taking total accountability to ensuring those results are delivered.

And above all else you have desire, passion and a genuine interest in making a difference to your own career, as well as the careers of others and will work as part of a team to achieve great things!
