Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team

PermanentFull Time - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.45pmFull Year

The College is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Principal, Deputy Principal and three Assistant Principals. The role encompasses tasks such as managing communications and correspondences, preparing and filing documents, arranging appointments as well as planning staffing roles and allocations for key College events such as Enrolment.This job is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, efficient, loves problem solving and sorting out logistics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written correspondence.

Personal / Executive Assistant experience and / or experience working in Education is desirable, but training and support will be provided.

The full-time annual salary for the role is £37,676 - £41,550 inclusive of the fringe allowance. Interviews are planned for w/c 8th July 2024.
