Post Completion Paralegal

SJC Legal is managing the recruitment process for an International, Legal 500 Law Firm in Manchester who are looking for a Post Completion Paralegal to support their Real Estate Team.

A background in Conveyancing and/or Post Completion is desirable and this is a fantastic opportunity to get into a Top 20, International Law Firm.

The Role

• Submission and management of Land Registry applications including first registrations and applications to register transfers, leases, easements, charges, discharges etc.
• Submission of SDLT and LTT returns;
• Ensuring the internal case management system is updated at all times and providing regular updates to internal clients on matter progress;
• Checking Land Registry applications, SDLT and LTT returns for quality, consistency and content;
• Contributing to development of the wider Real Estate paralegal team
