Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a client in East Leeds who are recruiting a Sales Ledger Team Leader to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales ledger team, managing day-to-day operations and providing leadership to team members. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a significant growth trajectory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team management
  • Monitor and process annual fee increases across the group
  • Perform regular audits on contracts
  • Ownership of sales and credit control processes to ensure they are performed accurately
  • Data cleansing – checking integrity of data
  • Involved in roll out of direct debit process, collect bank details to take on full ownership
  • Supervise existing sales ledger team and provide direction when required
  • Analyse team KPI i.e fee discrepancies, contracts
  • Prepare bi-monthly debtor reports and lead debtor meeting with key stakeholders

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Able to demonstrate strong progression in their career to date
  • Driven, hardworking and team player
  • Strong leadership and team management skills  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in a sales ledger or credit control role in a supervisory or team leader position
