Role Requirements

Experience:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ), admitted in Scotland
• Handling RTA, EL/PL, vehicle, and hire claims
• Knowledge of Scottish civil litigation procedures and pre-action protocols

Skills:

•  Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Effective drafting and case management skills
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
