As a Childcare Support Worker, you will take on a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team and acting as a trusted parental figure.

Are you the right person for the job?

A valid UK driving licence, proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner

Effective communicator with a passion for working with children
Resilient and patient, capable of handling challenging behaviours
Proactive and creative in activity planning
Capable of practical 'life skills' including cooking, cleaning and good home management
Empathetic and detail-oriented, ensuring that every child's needs are met and documented
