Talent Resourcer (German Speaking) - Fully Remote - up to £30,000 pa + Bonus + Benefits - Ref 1715

I am currently recruiting for a Talent Resourcer to work for a multi-national medical device organisation on a fully remote basis. Salary up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will support the team's mission of finding, growing, and retaining great people.

The successful applicant will be sourcing talented people, screening, liaising with hiring managers and supporting the onboarding process, supporting live job requisitions within Germany.

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
