Vacancy: Warehouse Shift Manager

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £45,000 per annum

JHP Recruitment are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Witney-based transport and distribution client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing teams of up to 20 warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, and HGV drivers.

Main Accountabilities:

• Leadership of 20+ team members
• Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement
• Work to achieve warehouse and transport KPIs
• Keep WMS up to date at all times
• Work alongside the transport team to ensure smooth deliveries
• Recruitment and training of warehouse staff

Working hours:

• 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary:

• £45,000 per annum
