Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (Competitive)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team for a significant 3-year data centre fit-out project. This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of the project, managing all aspects of construction, from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage the mechanical or electrical aspects of the data centre fit-out project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary safety protocols.
Budget Management: Monitor project costs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the building services sector, preferably with data centre projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and construction processes.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
