Behaviour Management Teaching Assistant - Primary School | NG15 Area

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Management Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the NG15 area.

Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Management TA, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support for pupils with behavioural needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural challenges

Implement behaviour support plans under guidance from the SENCo

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress

Support classroom routines and promote a positive learning environment

Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour

✅ Requirements:

Experience working with children with challenging behaviour (essential)

A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Relevant TA qualification or similar experience preferred

Location: NG15 Area - easily accessible by public transport and car

Start Date: ASAP
