Role Overview:As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the company's sales department. You will be responsible for processing incoming orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing high-quality support to both clients and the internal sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in the luxury lighting sector, particularly if you are fluent in either German or Italian.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Handle incoming orders from clients, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently in the company's system.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, providing information about products, order status, and after-sales support.
  • Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative assistance and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly from order to delivery.
  • Invoice & Documentation: Prepare invoices, manage shipping documents, and assist with the preparation of quotations and contracts as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s luxury lighting products to effectively communicate product details and assist customers with their needs.
  • Multilingual Communication: Use your fluency in either German or Italian to communicate effectively with international customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding orders, deliveries, or products, and work proactively to resolve them.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in either German or Italian is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role, preferably within the luxury goods or lighting industry, though not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other business tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, particularly the sales and logistics teams.
  • Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, especially when interacting with high-end clients.
