Job Description

* Responsible for managing small works projects on live refurbishment sites including schools, hospitals etc.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

* Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site

Key Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager in live refurbishment projects (preferable)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent problem-solving abilities

* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
