Supply Heroes are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a fun, supportive, and highly respected School in Balsall Heath, Birmingham. The candidate witll be working in ab enhanced provision room with children with complex needs, typically autistic, or on the pathway. There are 7 children who access the room, but not all at the same time.

The successful candidate will be working in an enhanced provision room with children with complex needs, typically autistic, or on the pathway. There are 7 children who access the room, but not all at the same time. Therefore, somebody who has a passion of working in SEN, good adaptability and strong relationship building will thrive in this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in Education

* Experience of working with pupils with SEN

* A depth of knowledge of the primary school curriculum

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A positive and patient approach
