About the Role:

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions while integrating software and hardware components for innovative product development. This position requires frequent collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers in China, making Mandarin language skills essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of body-worn cameras and accessories, ensuring high-quality output.
• Oversee prototype testing and refinement, meeting rigorous product standards.
• Maintain technical documentation (designs, specifications, BOM).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and collaborate with suppliers for quality control.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align hardware with product goals.

• Strong background in hardware design, including video, audio, power, and wireless.
• Knowledgeable in compliance, safety, and reliability testing.
• Proven team management skills with a focus on innovation.
• Mandarin fluency to work closely with suppliers.
