Do you have a passion for building brands and a keen eye for detail? Are you excited by the prospect of working for a leading investment platform?

We're looking for a creative and organised Brand Executive to join our team and play a vital role in driving brand awareness and engagement for AJ Bell. In this fast-paced role, you'll work with the Brand Team to support the execution of our brand strategy.

What does the job involve?

  • Support the delivery of all our through-the-line brand communications activity.
  • Help craft and communicate our brand message through internal communications channels.
  • Develop campaign briefs to enhance AJ Bell's employer brand awareness.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain group website content, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a library of approved brand visuals for use across offline and online marketing channels.
  • Play an active role in managing our visual and tone-of-voice guidelines and using them to consult all areas of the business.
  • Oversee the ongoing campaign development process.

What you'll already have:

  • Marketing experience, particularly with offline and online campaign development and execution.
  • Confidence and experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of updating website content (basic HTML knowledge a plus).
  • A creative and enthusiastic mind that thrives on generating new ideas.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • The flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line media.

Hybrid working:
