We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Management Team and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage traditional PA duties while also contributing to strategic projects, including research, planning, and development coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings often from different time zones.
  • Screen and prioritise incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Process expenses and manage administrative tasks.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, including planning and development initiatives.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on various topics as required by senior management.
  • Compile and analyse data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare research reports and presentations.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanour at all times.
  • Anticipate the needs of senior management and proactively address them.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
