M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to work for one of Europe's leading vehicle manufacturers and providers of transport based in Swindon.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (flexible on start and finish times.)

Role Responsibilities:

* Provide appropriate management control to ensure that all key performance indicator targets in relation to profit and service are achieved.

* Monitor performance and progress of warehouse and distribution employees.

* To ensure customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard, investigate service failures and ensuring that appropriate remedial actions are put in place.

* Oversee stock processes and ensure controls are in place.

Candidates Must:

* Managerial distribution and warehousing background.

* Good attention to detail.

* The ability to motivate a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage the team member.

* PC literate, including an understanding of Microsoft Office.
