They are looking for someone who is after their first foot in the door with a company to start their career within the finance industry. No experience is requested, simply someone who wants to learn and has a pro active attitude.

Client Details

A large distribution company working across the UK who have just opened up their 8th site following an impressive year in business. This role sits in a finance team of 8 where you will work alongside other accounts assistants / finance interns learning the early stages of the transactions of the business. Training and support provided.

Description

• Coding and inputting supplier statements and invoices
• Processing invoices
• Reconciling statements
• Liaising with suppliers and sites to insure information is correct on the system
• Providing support with any supplier queries
• Assisting with credit card expenses
• Supporting with any duties requested from the finance manager

Profile

• GCSE Level and above
• Has an interest in maths, figures, finance
• Lives locally as this is based in the head office in Runcorn
• Positive and personable attitude
• Team player

Job Offer

• Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, half hour lunch
• 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
