Job Title: Junior Sales Consultant x 2

Job Overview:
We are seeking two motivated Junior Sales Consultants to join our growing team, focusing on renewable energy solutions for housing developers and commercial clients. This role involves generating leads, supporting the sales process, and expanding our client portfolio. Ideal for those looking to start or advance their career in sales within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

* Sales Support: Assist in gathering client information to help prepare competitive quotations.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing product details.

* Sales Process: Follow up on opportunities, convert leads into sales, and track progress against targets.

* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

* Administrative Tasks: Update CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams.

Person Specification:

* Education: GCSEs or A Levels preferred; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

* Experience: Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required; recent graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.

* Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Attributes: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, high motivation, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

* Travel: Minimal, occasional client site visits or sales events.
