You’ll be managing bookings and referrals, whether through email, phone, or self-referrals, as well as handling petty cash for travel expenses or small purchases, making sure everything is accounted for.Throughout the day, you’ll be gathering feedback from participants through surveys or follow-ups to ensure their needs are being met. You’ll also be monitoring CCTV and controlling access to restricted areas, ensuring everything remains secure.
