They are now looking for a talented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex high end projects from start to finish.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-end stonework installations on bespoke residential and commercial developments. You'll manage all project aspects, from planning and coordination to on-site execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are strictly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the planning, management, and execution of high-end stonework projects

* Collaborating with clients, architects, and design teams to refine project specifications

* Supervising subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency

* Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and schedules to meet delivery targets

* Conducting regular site visits to ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards

* Managing change orders, reporting, and documentation to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven project management experience in high-end fit out projects, preferably involving specialist stonework

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors

* In-depth understanding of high-specification building materials and finishes

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field preferred
