The Job Role

Educated Recruitment are looking for a Wareham based Year 6 Teacher with compassion and desire to guide the young minds of our future. You will be able to adapt to different environments, engage students with invigorating ideas and radiate positivity throughout the placement.

This role is for a Year 6 Teacher for a part time placement for a school in Wareham to start part time in January ongoing.

We cover day to day, short term and long-term supply, and are always on the look out for Primary teachers, secondary teachers, cover supervisors, HLTAs and teaching assistants to join our team.

Please note: Our daily pay rate for teachers as a supply teacher recruitment business starts at £120 but can be negotiated up to £200 based on experience, pay scale and additional responsibilities, and is ultimately at the discretion of school budgets.

Year 6 Teacher Responsibilities

- Supporting the class teacher

- Following safeguarding and school policies

- working 1:1 or with whole classes

- Liaising with school staff

Year 6 Teacher Essentials

- Previous experience working alongside children

- Knowledge of the curriculum

- A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)

- A 3 year minimum reference history

- Reliability

- Excellent communication skills

- Located close to Uplyme or within commuting distance
