Our client is looking to expand its team with a Residential Surveyor in the Notting Hill area. They are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- £45,000 - £55,000 Basic
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Surveying
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
- Homebuyers Surveys
- Building Surveys
- Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
