Operations Manager - Student Accommodation (Permanent)

£65,000 + car allowance

40 Hours per week

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an operations manager for a newly constructed student accommodation in central Peckham. This brand-new student accommodation provides state of the art living for over 600 students throughout their educational journey in South East London.

This opportunity is working with a global facilities management business and will provide successful candidates with further development opportunities, training and progression.

The Role

Ability to lead, motivate and train staff whilst promoting a health and safety culture
Manage and operate in line with agreed operating principles and supporting working towards agreed goals
Provide industry-leading service levels to students, parents and stakeholders
Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards and operated in full compliance of all appropriate legislation and industry standards 
Implement and maintain statutory requirements in terms of Health and Safety
