Clinical Negligence Paralegal

About the Role: Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team. Our department handles a broad range of Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopedic injuries, misdiagnosis and delays in cancer treatment, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, and neonatal, obstetric, and gynecological cases.

We invite applications from hardworking Paralegals, Fee Earners, or Litigation Executives. While experience in Clinical Negligence is preferred, we are also open to candidates from a Personal Injury background who are eager to transition into Medical Negligence.
