About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Lecturer in Electrical Installation. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical installation who is passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of electricians. You will deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and practical sessions, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in electrical installation to a range of learners.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support improvement.
- Ensure a safe learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Support students with varying abilities and learning needs.
Requirements: - Relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant industry experience in electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of current industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
