An award-winning commercial managing agent are looking for a Building Manager. The Building Manager is responsible for a 70,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building (office space and retail) on the Isle of Dogs. As Building Manager, you will run the efficient management of the site including day-to-day management of team members.

This role would be a great fit for a Building Manager with a managing agent background, Front-of-House or Building Host, ready to step up and manage their own building.

The right candidate will ensure that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained with a focus on the management of hard/soft services, contractors and occupier engagement.

Skills (People & Technical)

* IOSH Essential

* Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

* Excellent communication, in person, on the phone and in email

* Time management & Excellent organisational skills

* Customer service orientated

* Committed and focussed

* Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages

* Pro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role

Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary

Up to £37,500 per annum plus a range of great corporate benefits
